Get over yourself is often said to someone acting in a snobbish or superior or overly self-involved manner; it simply means jangan ge-er (gede rasa) in bahasa Indonesia.

Here are some English phrases related to ge-er:

Get over yourself! = Jangan ge-er deh!
I’m blushing. = Gue jadi ge-er nih.
I don’t want to sound big-headed, but . . . = Bukannya bermaksud kege-eran, tapi . . .
Don’t flatter yourself! = Jangan kege-eran deh!

So if you find your friends are so full of themselves, use one of the expressions above to get them back to reality. 😄😄
